Xerographic photoresponse following complete carrier transit is considered for initial and bimolecular recombination. Field-dependent quantum efficiencies at long exposure time are calculated for a simple power-law dependence and with a nonthermal version of Onsager's recombination model. Flash illumination with exponentially absorbed light is analyzed via Langevin's bimolecular carrier annihilation description. Conditions are given for equality of photoresponse (reciprocity) at long and short exposure times.
