Interactive video is an instructional technology which combines computer assisted instruction and educational video. The purpose of this paper is to describe the programmatic nature of a project designed to explore the application of this technology with handicapped learners. Specifically, the reader is introduced to the project's activities in courseware development and research on learning effectiveness.
