A case of familial primary hyperaldosteronism in a 2-yr-old girl is presented. The unique feature of this case is that, as opposed to other familial cases, the patient′s hyperse-cretion of aldosterone could not be suppressed by glucocorticoids. Another interesting feature of this case was the persistent normokalemia in the face of definite hyperaldosteronism. (J Clin Endocrinol Metab55: 1013, 1982)
