Longitudinal evaluation reveals zero adverse effects over 35,000 hours in 110 volunteers, suggesting drug-free systems-level interventions surpass pharmacological anti-aging approaches.
Over the past five years, gerontology has experienced a real explosion of discoveries. Senolytics, extracellular vesicles, epigenetic regulators, growth factors – the list of candidates for "elixirs of youth" is growing faster than clinical successes are emerging. In 2020, there were ~1200 works on the topic of "senolytics" in PubMed, in the six months of 2026 - already more than 3000. However, no molecule has become a panacea. Why? Because aging is a systemic failure, not a breakdown of a single gene or protein. Pharmaceutical reductionism is looking for one "magic target", ignoring the main thing: the body is a network of meta-environments and regulators, and rejuvenation is possible only through the restoration of their coherence. The Quatotron is the first engineering system that does this without drugs. It does not introduce foreign molecules, but creates conditions under which the body itself restores its numerous balances, under the influence of physical waves (ultra-low), biogenic nutrition (high density of objects) and the mechanics of longevity. Practice: 11 years of use, 110 volunteers, more than 35,000 hours – and not a single side effect. In this article, we will show why the systems approach will inevitably surpass the pharmacological one.
