A fourth-order Wannier description of electron-pair escape has been extended to include nonzero total angular momentum. A key element is the electron-pair centre-of-mass momentum, which is fully represented by the momentum of the recoiling ion. General and Wannier-theory predictions are presented for recoil-ion angular distributions following double-photoionization of helium.
