A multicenter retrospective study of eleven patients with folliculitis decalvans treated with oral JAK inhibitors (baricitinib or upadacitinib) is reported. Disease stabilization, together with reductions in pustules, crusts, perifollicular erythema, and perifollicular hyperkeratosis, was observed following treatment.
