The IUM (Information State Universe Model) is a functional unification framework proposing that the three-dimensional universe is a projection cross-section of a higher-dimensional information structure. The framework unifies 15 core physical phenomena, including flat galaxy rotation curves, accelerating cosmic expansion, the black hole entropy area law, and quantum entanglement nonlocality. It provides 6 operational testable predictions, with the highest priority prediction being that the flatness of rotation curves in high-redshift galaxies (z > 3) should be significantly lower than in low-redshift galaxies, following a quantitative relation of (1+z)^(-1/2). This version is the complete archive edition (v6.0), containing the methodology volume, functional unification volume, operational manual volume, extended unification volume, Eastern wisdom translation volume, and appendix.
