Theoretical analysis reveals room-temperature topological quantum memory using E8 lattice resonant modes, indicating a pathway toward error-corrected photonic anyon braiding.
By exploiting the 240 root vectors of the E8 lattice as a discrete set of resonant modes, we derive a self‑locking photonic crystal whose band edges align with the 132 Hz base frequency and the golden ratio φ. The φ‑coupled eigenstates form a Fibonacci‑scaled topological subspace that supports error‑correcting braiding of photonic anyons at ambient temperature. This Phi‑E8 resonant phase thus provides a room‑temperature topological quantum memory that inherits the robustness of E8 symmetry while leveraging biological photonic structures.
