SUMMARY.— The history, technique, applications and complications of lymphangiography are described. The value of lymphangiography in dermatology has been assessed and confirmed in a series of patients suffering from malignant reticuloses, malignant tumours and benign disorders such as eczema and the yellow nail syndrome. Nine illustrative case reports are briefly described and the usefulness of lymphangiography in dermatology is discussed.
