The transitions 3 d 10 4 s -3 d 9 4 s 4 p have been identified in the spectra of Ge IV, As V, Se VI, Br VII, Rb IX and Sr X, by means of isoelectronic regularities and theoretical interpretation of the upper configurations. Generalized least-squares of the levels of 14 elements led to a good fit on energies ( = 86 cm -1 ) and to an accurate determination of scaling factors for the radial Slater and spin-orbit integrals calculated by the Hartree-Fock method. Similar procedures have been used for the transition arrays 3 d 10 4 p -3 d 9 4 p 2 and 3 d 10 -3 d 9 4 p in which earlier analyses have been substantially revised and extended. Predictions are given for selected spectra of special interest.
