Gauss's law in temporal-gauge formulations of non-Abelian gauge theory is examined. For arbitrary initial and final states, Gauss's law is automatic only at infinite time. For a class of gauge-invariant final states, a new set of Feynman rules is derived, as simple as ordinary finite-time Feynman rules, in which Gauss's law holds at any finite time. Included as a special case is a simple set of Feynman rules for the final-state smearing formulation of Rossi and Testa.
