How aware or conscious are we about our behavior in the context of project, program, and portfolio management? This article introduces how the Dutch Gateway Review approach and its results are used as a vehicle to discuss behavioral consciousness in the Gateway Review community. Integrating project life cycle learning into project goals and objectives is also discussed.
