We study triply excited states. Two theoretical approaches are developed, a space partition approach and a stabilization procedure. Both procedures take advantage of an discretization of the spectrum which stems from the use of B-splines to build electronic orbitals. The pertinence of the methods is analysed in view of their application to the case of multicharged ions, emphasis is put on the role of the correlations. The resonance positions and widths are given, these parameters are compared with other calculations. We also calculate the resonance parameters of the isoelectronic series .
