Amino Acids and Their Derivatives as Stoichiometric Auxiliaries in Asymmetric Synthesis

All articles of this category In this review, the versatility of amino acid derived auxiliaries in asymmetric synthesis is discussed. Different reactions such as enolate reactions, Michael additions, nucleophilic additions to C=X bonds, cycloadditions, rearrangements, ortho lithiations, radical reactions, and reductions which were performed stereoselectively by using these chiral auxiliaries will be presented.
