The hospital prevalence of acute coronary syndrome was 22.9%; 12% of patients were thrombolyzed, 6 patients underwent angioplasty, and 65% had a good clinical evolution.

This prospective descriptive study highlights the management and outcomes of acute coronary syndromes in a teaching hospital in Conakry, demonstrating a 22.9% hospital prevalence and limited utilization of invasive revascularization.
