The optical phonon spectrum of CdSnP2 and its directional dispersion is investigated by Raman scattering. The results are compared with theoretical results, ir measurements, and the phonon mode frequencies of InP, the isoelectronic analogue of CdSnP2. Das optische Phononenspektrum von CdSnP2 und seine Richtungsdispersion wurden mittels Ramanstreuung untersucht.
