Mediated and adversarial divorce: Respondents' perceptions of their processes and outcomes

This report, from a larger longitudinal study of mediated and adversarial divorce processes, indicates that mediation respondents perceive multiple aspects of their process and agreements to be more satisfactory compared to a group of men and women using the two‐attorney adversarial approach.
