Polycrystalline samples of semiconducting θ-iron vanadium oxide bronzes FexV2O5 (x = 0.33 to 0.37) are studied from 4.2 to 600 K revealing spin glass and paramagnetic ranges. The transition is observed by static susceptibility, ESR, and Mössbauer effect measurements and is discussed in terms of magnetic clusters formed by iron atoms. The spin glass order parameter and its temperature variation is evaluated.
