The energy distributions of secondary electrons from Ar, N2, H2O, and H2O with clusters present

Crossed beam measurements have been made of the energy spectra of secondary electrons resutling from collisions of 1 keV primary electrons with N2, Ar, H2O, and H2O with clusters present. Only those electrons emitted normal to the primary beams were detected. A thorough description of the apparatus is given.
