A continuum theory for domain walls perpendicular to a tetragonal a-axis in Gd2(MoO4)3 is presented. The spatial dependence of the transition parameters within the wall region, the wall energy, and the energy to wall thickness ratio are calculated as functions of the coefficients in the free energy expansion. The relationship between the features of the model and the known experimental data of the wall properties is discussed.
