Abstract 35S‐(5′‐Deoxyadenosine‐5′)‐L‐methionine (35S‐adenosylmethionine, C15H23N6O5S+) has been isolated in useful amounts from yeast cells which were cultivated in a medium containing 35SO—‐4. Procedures for purification and analysis are reported.
