Relative integrated photoelectric intensity measurements have been made upon each of the ν' = 0, νdouble prime = 9-19; ν' = 1, νdouble prime = 8-12; 16-20; ν' = 2, νdouble prime = 7-9, 15, 16, 19-21, bands of the Schumann-Runge System. These measurements have been interpreted, with the aid of Franck-Condon factors q ν'νdouble prime and r -centroids r ν' νdouble prime , to determine the variation of electronic transition moment R e ( r ) with internuclear separation r as R e ( r ) = const. (1 - 1.1807 r + 0.35047 r 2 ); 1.44(Å) < r < 1.76(Å) A `smoothed' array of relative vibrational transition probabilities p ν'νdouble prime = R e 2 ( r ν'νdouble prime ) q ν'νdouble prime and band oscillator strengths f ν'νdouble prime have thereby been determined for all bands of the system between 2450 and 5000Å.
