The issues of analysis and management of the company’s logistics system risks in the conditions of increased dynamics and uncertainty of contemporary economic development are considered in the article. The classification of risks of logistics processes related to various external and internal factors influencing the company’s logistics system is given in the paper. Based on this classification and categorization, as well as the risk register, a tool for assessing risks using mathematical methods is developed, which makes it possible to identify threats associated with logistics activities, analyze their significance and generate measures to minimize risks. The results of testing the proposed method by analyzing logistics risks of the selected trading company are presented. It is recommended to apply the suggested tool in combination with other risk analysis methods to compare the results and increase the chance of taking reasonable steps to minimize the risks of logistics processes.
