Color Doppler identifies significant isolated AR at 21 weeks as an unusual antenatal BAV presentation.
Case Report
Isolated aortic regurgitation can be an unusual antenatal manifestation of a bicuspid aortic valve, detectable by Color Doppler at 21 weeks gestation.
Visualization of fetal aortic regurgitation at 21 weeks is feasible with color Doppler; leaves open its clinical implications and requires prospective evaluation.
