Ionic and electronic conductivities and thermoelectric power have been measured for liquid Ag chalcogenides up to 1500°C. High ionic conductivity has been observed near the melting points for liquid Ag 2 S, Ag 2 Se and Ag 2 Te. The ionic conductivity for liquid Ag 2 S and Ag 2 Se change little with temperature, while that for liquid Ag 2 Te rapidly decreases with increasing temperature.
