A technique for the removal of the effect of dispersion by the interstellar medium from the radio emission from pulsars has been developed. Observations of the pulsar CP 0950 over a bandwidth of 125 kHz at 111.5 MHz have revealed time structure as short as the reciprocal bandwidth limit of 8 microseconds. Occasional isolated subpulses of 40000 flux units have been observed.
