A series of plastically deformed GaAs samples is investigated by EPR at 9 GHz. The spectra show that the expected As quadruplet is correlated with a new spectrum over the whole strain range. These results are discussed within a model justifying the predominant role of different anionic antisite linked complexes according to the experimental generation conditions.
