High frequency field expressions for a cylindrical reflector, which is composed of a chiral nihility layer backed by perfect electromagnetic conductor (PEMC), have been derived. The treatment is based on Maslov's method. Dependence of co-polarized and cross-polarized field components for different values of admittance parameter of PEMC has been studied.
