We calculate in the leading-logarithm approximation to perturbation theory the complete set of structure functions for inelastic electron, neutrino, and antineutrino scattering on proton and neutron targets. This extends our previous calculations of the νW₂ function of inelastic electron-proton scattering. The Lagrangian studied is that of the neutral-vector-gluon model - equivalently, massive quantum electrodynamics. We find that, in spite of the logarithmic breakdown of Bjorken scaling which generally occurs in renormalizable field theories, all the structure-function relations and sum rules of the parton model and formal light-cone algebra are satisfied to leading-logarithmic accuracy in the theory we study.
