We present results from a model-independent analysis of the current constraints on new physics corrections to the Standard Model Higgs interactions based on the HEPfit package. We combine Higgs-physics results obtained by the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) at 7 and 8 TeV with bounds from electroweak precision observables, and translate our limits on the Standard Model Higgs couplings into bounds on the Wilson coefficients of the Standard Model gauge invariant dimension-six effective Lagrangian used to parametrize the effets of new physics.
