Measurements of the spin-lattice relaxation time T 1 of K 3 Fe(CN) 6 diluted with K 3 Co(CN) 6 have been made in the temperature range 4.2° to 1.6°K in the X-band (9375 Mc/s). The results are compared with existing theories, and it is suggested that the results are not inconsistent with the theory proposed by Van Vleck.
