In the framework of isotropic theory of elasticity the solution of the half-space boundary problem is obtained for straight disclinations. The stress tensor of a disclination with arbitrary orientation of Frank vector is found in cases when a disclination line is parallel to a free surface. For a solution construction the image disclinations and distributions of surface dislocations and disclinations are introduced. It is shown that for disclinations a free surface has an effective screening ability so that typical disclination logarithmic divergence of stresses disappears.
