Algorithm modeling demonstrates enhanced throughput and spectral efficiency in cellular networks, indicating optimal subcarrier and link resource allocation.
Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access (OFDMA) has become a cornerstone of modern wireless communication systems and is recognized as a prominent emerging multiple access technique. This paper presents an algorithm for integrating subcarriers with active links between eNodeBs (eNBs) and User Equipments (UEs). The proposed algorithm identifies appropriate links for data transmission and groups them using a Link Grouping Algorithm (LGA). LGA optimizes link selection based on channel gains, while the Subcarrier Grouping Algorithm (SGA) assigns the best subcarriers to these optimal links. Additionally, Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) is applied to effectively integrate subcarriers and links, ensuring optimal resource utilization. The proposed Subcarrier-Link Integration for Optimal Resource Allocation (SLIORA) framework jointly integrates link selection, subcarrier grouping, and PSO-based optimization within a single resource allocation strategy. This unified framework enhances overall network throughput, spectral efficiency, and resource utilization by identifying the optimal combination of transmission links and subcarriers during data transmission.
