Conference report highlights scientific progress alongside severe global funding cuts to HIV programs, indicating persistent gaps between treatment innovations and access.
The city of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, hosted the 26th International AIDS Conference from July 26 to 31, marking the first time the conference was held in a Latin American country.
