Theoretical analysis demonstrates six structural layers needed to form measurement records in finite quantum dynamics, indicating that transition grammars alone cannot define quantum records.
A finite transition grammar does not by itself determine a measurement record. This report separates six layers: transition support, effects, instruments, environmental export, invocation cadence, and autonomous dissipative dynamics. Exact finite witnesses show which implications fail and what additional microscopic information would be required. The eight-register example comes explicitly from the author's finite-QEC substrate research programme. The cited framework papers motivate the construction but are not premises of the theorems; service-clock, cosmological, and gravitational interpretations are recorded as non-claims. The deposit includes the PDF, LaTeX source, bibliography, standard-library verifier, and machine-readable JSON and CSV verification reports.
