Theoretical framework demonstrates epistemic bound shifts across quantum and biomolecular domains, highlighting the limits of classical axiomatic deduction.
We present a formal epistemic and mathematical framework that reconciles closed-loopaxiomatic deduction with open-domain non-linear discovery, termed the Modest AthenaMindset. Classical automated reasoning and formal logic rely on set-theoretic invariants—exemplified by the Pigeonhole Principle (n > k =⇒ ∃ container with > 1 item)in Zermelo–Fraenkel set theory with the Axiom of Choice (ZFC). While such invariants prevent infinite computational energy waste inside known domains, treating them as absolutelimits on physical reality introduces Paradigm Dogmatism and the Arrogance of the Map.Inspired by the ancient Athenian altar dedicated to the “Unknown God” (Agnosto Theo),this paper establishes an epistemic continuum that bridges rigid axiomatic loops with unmapped higher-dimensional state spaces. We validate this paradigm across three computational domains: (1) the transition from classical set-theoretic counting to the Quantum Pigeonhole Effect, where pre- and post-selected weak measurements allow three quantum particles to occupy two sub-domains without double occupancy; (2) the reduction of Lucas–Lehmer primality testing for Mersenne candidates (M_p= 2^p −1) via the ResonanceTriangular Tensor (RTT) and Zero-One Interchange Principle (OZIP), mapping modular residues onto exact O(1) scalar triangular anchors (n, ∆); and (3) the expansion of state encoding from binary domains (Z_2) to quaternary DNA nucleotide representations(Z_4: {A, C, T, G}) within biomolecular structure engines like. D-RectifyL v3.0, utilizing octonionic e4 basis transformations.
