Truth and Falsehood from the Point of View of the Acta Universi Hypothesis / Правда и ложь с точки зрения гипотезы Acta Universi

Abstract (English) Within the Acta Universi (AU) hypothesis, truth and falsehood are redefined in informational-ontological terms. The fundamental reality is a non-local archive of thought-forms; a statement (thought-form) is true when its induced configuration of the theta-entropy field SΘS_Θ is consistent with the archive, and false when it produces an informational dissonance. An explicit entropy-mismatch functional is introduced, δSΘ[A]=∫∣SΘ(A)(x)−PKSΘarch(x)∣2 d4x,δ S_Θ[A]=∫|S_Θ(A)(x)-P_K S_Θᵃʳᶜʰ(x)|^2\,d^4x,δSΘ[A]=∫SΘ(A)(x)−PKSΘarch(x)2d4x, together with a coherence criterion mediated by the non-local kernel K(x,y)K(x,y)K(x,y) and the integrated-information field ΦΦΦ. Truth corresponds to δSΘ→0δ S_Θ→ 0δSΘ→0 and high coherence; falsehood appears as a local entropic anomaly. The framework integrates elements of correspondence, coherence and pragmatic theories of truth while grounding objectivity in the archive rather than in an inaccessible “thing-in-itself.” Ethical responsibility for the thought-forms one generates follows directly from the same ontology. The approach thus unifies epistemology, ontology and ethics inside a single information-entropic paradigm. Фундаментальной реальностью является нелокальный архив мыслеформ; утверждение (мыслеформа) истинно, когда порождаемая им конфигурация поля тета-энтропии SΘS_Θ согласована с архивом, и ложно, когда создаёт информационный диссонанс. Вводится явный функционал энтропийного рассогласования δSΘ[A]=∫∣SΘ(A)(x)−PKSΘarch(x)∣2 d4x,δ S_Θ[A]=∫|S_Θ(A)(x)-P_K S_Θᵃʳᶜʰ(x)|^2\,d^4x,δSΘ[A]=∫SΘ(A)(x)−PKSΘarch(x)2d4x, а также критерий когерентности, опосредованный нелокальным ядром K(x,y)K(x,y)K(x,y) и полем интегральной информации ΦΦΦ. Истина соответствует δSΘ→0δ S_Θ→ 0δSΘ→0 и высокой когерентности; ложь проявляется как локальная энтропийная аномалия. Подход интегрирует элементы корреспондентной, когерентной и прагматической теорий истины, обосновывая объективность через архив, а не через недоступную «вещь в себе». Этическая ответственность за порождаемые мыслеформы следует непосредственно из той же онтологии. Тем самым эпистемология, онтология и этика объединяются внутри единой информационно-энтропийной парадигмы.
