Hybrid and monolithic tunable recursive filter design at microwaves including a new stability analysis procedure

Active filter structures are proposed using a low‐frequency transversal and recursive approach. Separate studies of the different functional blocks lead to the design of nontunable and tunable original structures for which we present both simulated and measured results in MMIC technology. We also validate a new stability analysis method developed in [1], by comparing the normalized determinant function to the classical recursive approach.
