The problem of removal of divergences from the nonrelativistic diagrams describing the break-up scattering amplitude of three charged particles is treated. It is shown that the off-shell scattering amplitude of two and three charged particles can be represented as a product of two terms, one of which includes the full information about divergences. The integral equation for determination of this term is obtained.
