Presentation of CaseA sixty-year-old man was referred to the hospital because of weakness and hypercalcemia.Renal calculi were present during the fifteen years before admission. Four operations were performed for removal of the stones, the last of which was four years before entry. The stones were said to be composed of calcium oxalate.
