SUMMARYGenetic studies of the Honduran (Hon 1) isolate of Didymium iridis has resulted in the determination of 16 different plasmodial phenotypic fusion classes. A large number of incompatibility genotypes of myxamoebal clones were also determined and three linkage groups involving five incompatibility loci were studied.
