This paper explores the issue of whether or not infants and preschool children are hypnotizable. Clinical and research data are presented, indicating that these children seem able to achieve something similar to, if not identical with, hypnosis in older people. Examples are given both of specific induction techniques and of indications for hypnotherapy.
