Highly efficient and chemoselective N‐heterocyclic carbene palladium complexes‐catalyzed multicomponent carbonyltive Suzuki reaction with sodium tetraphenylborate used as phenylating reagent has been demonstrated in this article. Both electron‐rich and electron‐deficient aryl iodides gave unsymmetric aryl ketones in excellent yields.
