Ultraviolet photoelectron spectra have been obtained fron clean surfaces of Ag-Au alloys using 21.22 and 40.81 eV photons. The spectra, which exhibit fine structure not previously reported, have been successfully interpretated in terms of the coherent potential approximation to the extent that currently available calculations permit.
