The charge transfer complex of multi‐walled carbon nanotubes (MWNTs) and tetrathiafulvalene (TTF) was prepared and characterized by x‐ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), and electron spin resonance (ESR) spectrometer. The results demonstrated that MWNTs could act as electron acceptors in the formation of charge transfer complex.
