Based on the six-dimensional complex Cauchy formalism, a mathematical model is introduced to describe the propagation of Lamb waves in stratified anisotropic media. It is found that in a three-layer medium, with a certain ratio of elastic moduli, a longitudinal-transverse resonance effect can occur, associated with the appearance of zones with zero group velocity.
