Ascending aorta dissection occurred in a 54-year-old patient with XO Turner's symdrome and "pseudocoarctation." This is the fourth reported case of dissection in Turner's syndrome. As in two of the three previously reported cases, the dissection was painless in our patient. Fibromuscular hyperplasia of the renal arteries and left anterior hemiblock were demonstrated in our patient. Ours is the only patient with dissection in Turner's syndrome to have survived on a medical antihypertensive regimen, to our knowledge.
