Stark modulation spectra of the ICl rovibronic transitions B 3Π0 +(υ′=1, 2)←X 1Σ+(υ′′=0) and B 3Π0 +(υ′=3)←X 1Σ+(υ′′=1) were observed and analyzed. From the analysis of the Stark shifts for the M ′=±2←M ′=±2 component of the P(3) lines, the permanent electric dipole moments in the B 3Π0 +(υ′=1, 2, 3) states were determined with their signs relative to that in the X 1Σ+ state.
