Summary Heat-labile alpha-2 glycoprotein from normal and pathologic sera was determined quantitatively by C′-fixation, precipitin N, and precipitin hexose. Sera from patients with nephrosis were found to contain more of the glycoprotein. Quantitative C′-fixation and electrophoretic determinations of human serum albumin were compared.
