An equation which Plant used to model recurrent neural feedback with delay is analyzed to determine its periodic solution structure. As a two-parameter Hopf bifurcation problem, the model exhibits a wide variety of degeneracies. Numerical tracking techniques are employed to investigate the secondary bifurcations arising in the model.
